“I would not recommend Ron Mullis to anyone or use him again. He Installed my laminate flooring, he asked for $480.00 for materials in advance, the flooring was already purchased and delivered to my house. He waited to buy the materials right before the project was almost finished. He didn't realize that the T moldings needed had to be special ordered as did the laminate, and that it takes 2 weeks or longer to arrive. He stated that he would come back right away to install the T moldings after they arrived, when they arrived, I called him and he waited an addtl week to come back and install. He also did not correctly measure the addtl amt of T moldings we needed to re-order, I had to special order another T molding. He was given the money and advised he would purchase the materials, including the T molding when he was hired to do the job. He made the same comment, as soon as it arrives, I can probably come that day or even after 5pm and install it. When the last T molding arrived, I called him and he again couldn't install it in a reasonable amt of time. He also often used our newly remolded bathroom without asking, every time he used it, we found a puddle of urine on the new tile and outside the toilet. I'll never use Ron Mullis again, he is very unprofessional and unreliable. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB on him also for not finishing the job. I had to hire someone else to install last T molding after he had already been paid for the labor and the materials.”
