  “CarpetSmart (GreenHouse Rd) installed flooring for my house. I have ordered non-oak wood flooring as I do not like wood grains. But they have installed OAK wood floor. And also they messed up tile backsplash also. This store people did not do what they said. They just want business for one time. I will not go to them again. And I do not (DO NOT ... DO NOT ...) recommend them to any one. TODD is a cheater.”
