Jim and Mary's Carpet Installation Inc Don't Bother “This place is a joke. OR maybe because STeven is a master carver he has no business skills. i took him some boat carpet to be repaired in July of 09 - they never called me back. I finally talked to Mary - his mother - in November - she said it was taking a while. On Feb 12th of 2010 I emailed their website asking for resolution and on Feb 15th came home from work and found the boat carpet ON MY FRONT PORCH!!!! I CALLED MARY AND ASKED WHAT WAS GOING ON AND SHE SAID WELL NOW YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT IT ANYMORE ARE YOU SERIOUS? SO NOW I HAVE TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX IT BY SUMMERTIME WHICH WON'T BE EASY. THESE PEOPLE MAY KNOW HOW TO FIX CARPET BUT THEIR PEOPLE SKILLS ARE INCREDIBLY IGNORANT.”
